Join Hello Wood and become part of a unique international project at the intersection of architecture, hospitality, and creative production. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys both strategic coordination and hands-on local involvement, and would like to help shape a growing Hello Wood presence in the Czech Republic.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading Hello Wood’s representation and projects in the Czech Republic
Managing the Hello Wood project in Česká Kamenice
Overseeing the local operation of the soon-to-open Hello Wood Resort in Česká Kamenice
Handling operational management and facility management tasks
Managing procurement and inventory
Taking care of administrative and financial tasks
Maintaining regular on-site presence
Actively participating in the organization and delivery of the Cabin Fever Summer School, with the support of the Hungarian team
Coordinating project timelines, deadlines, and overall task management
Contributing to the development of the future local base / accommodation operation
Maintaining continuous communication with the Budapest headquarters
We are looking for you if you:
Live in the Czech Republic, or are happy to work within the region, preferably within a one-hour radius of Česká Kamenice
Speak both English and Czech confidently
Enjoy varied, active work, from office tasks to on-site coordination
Are a strong communicator, well-organized, and have a problem-solving mindset
Have experience in project management
Are interested in how creative and architectural projects are actually brought to life
Drive regularly and feel comfortable being mobile
It is an advantage if you:
Speak Hungarian
Have experience in construction
Are interested in hospitality / accommodation operations
Have a young, proactive attitude
Have managerial ambitions
